We can’t wait to host you at GSIS for the Korea Council of Overseas Schools International Educators’ Conference 2018 (#KORCOSIEC18).  We are excited to make connections with the vision to create a better tomorrow.  That begins with the idea of a "We" being in the moment together, with the commitment to be our best selves for our students.

Session Objectives:
Educators are leaders! This session will provide an enriching experience for all participants by empowering them to lead with greater cultural and emotional intelligence.

Session Description:
A leader's Emotional Intelligence directly impacts her or his ability to successfully navigate the challenge of team leadership. Throughout our time together we will learn and practice EI traits that enable leaders to bring the best out of our teams. This session is applicable to all educators, coaches, and advisors.
