Session Objectives:
1. To gain a better understanding of mindfulness practices and their benefits
2. To look at practical applications of mindfulness in the classroom environment

Session Description:
In this session, we will be looking at the practice of mindfulness and how it can benefit you and your students on a daily basis. We will define mindfulness, give tips and useful information about implementing a mindfulness practice into your classroom, and we will practice a few basic mindfulness exercises.
