Let’s come together as a community of educators to reflect, grow and connect, empowering each other to create change agents for tomorrow.  What does it mean to be compassionate? What does it mean to be innovative? What does it mean to teach? To learn? To care?

We can’t wait to host you at GSIS for the Korea Council of Overseas Schools International Educators’ Conference 2018 (#KORCOSIEC18).  We are excited to make connections with the vision to create a better tomorrow.  That begins with the idea of a "We" being in the moment together, with the commitment to be our best selves for our students.

Session Objectives:
1. Learn how to create compassionate and creative change agents in your classroom
2. Share inspiration

Session Description:
This session will focus on ways to engage compassionate and creative change agents in your classrooms or communities you serve.  Come hear of the ways to inspire students to have empathy, be compassionate and start looking at themselves as change agents.

We as individuals tend to suppress our creativity and consume finished products.  We tend to think someone else will do what needs to be done. I am a living example of a change agent. I saw a problem and came up with a creative solution to solve it. I did it, and you can do it, too.

Come and walk away with five specific bullet points and examples of how to implement them in your schools.
