We can’t wait to host you at GSIS for the Korea Council of Overseas Schools International Educators’ Conference 2018 (#KORCOSIEC18).  We are excited to make connections with the vision to create a better tomorrow.  That begins with the idea of a "We" being in the moment together, with the commitment to be our best selves for our students.

Session Objectives:
1. Introduce the power of Professional Learning book clubs  
2. Share PL book club ideas and books

Session Description:
This session invites department heads, coordinators, curriculum coaches and the like to participate in a collaborative discussion on professional learning book clubs, how they work, and how they can provide a structure for a team to move towards a common goal. We will share how we have seen book clubs transform the culture of our team at KFS into a culture of challenge, growth, and collaborative learning. All together, participants will share how professional learning works at their respective schools, share ideas for enhancement, and collaborate on how to cultivate teacher agency through collaborative professional learning partnerships.
