We can’t wait to host you at GSIS for the Korea Council of Overseas Schools International Educators’ Conference 2018 (#KORCOSIEC18).  We are excited to make connections with the vision to create a better tomorrow.  That begins with the idea of a "We" being in the moment together, with the commitment to be our best selves for our students.

Kim Goldsmith

Special Education Teacher
Kim is a National Board Certified special education teacher originally from Chicago, Illinois. She has taught students with intellectual disabilities and autism in the United States, Japan, and presently teaches American students in South Korea. Sharing her extensive international travel experiences has always been a part of her classroom, but it was when she became a Teachers for Global Classrooms Fellow in 2015 and a National Geographic Certified Educator in 2016 that she came to understand how to help all students increase their global competency skills. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned with other educators, so that she can help as many students as possible be prepared to thrive in a world which is more globalized than ever.
