We can’t wait to host you at GSIS for the Korea Council of Overseas Schools International Educators’ Conference 2018 (#KORCOSIEC18).  We are excited to make connections with the vision to create a better tomorrow.  That begins with the idea of a "We" being in the moment together, with the commitment to be our best selves for our students.

Karissa Van Liew

Music Teacher
Karissa Van Liew is in her third year teaching Middle School Music at Cheongna Dalton School. She is passionate about finding creative ways to facilitate students to make music that will be influential and enjoyable. She believes in providing students with a comprehensive music education that allows them to actively experience a broad spectrum of areas in music. Apart from teaching General Music, she also teaches Middle School Choir, Beginning Band, and co-directs the Middle/High School Orchestra. Aside from teaching, Karissa plays in two traditional Korean drumming ensembles and enjoys swing dancing, cooking, and being outside.
